Educational purpose only
PRO-PA Education LLC provides general educational content for PA students, clinicians, educators, and other healthcare learners. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services, and use of the site does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
The resources do not replace your PA program, faculty, clinical preceptors, current clinical guidance, official examination resources, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Practice questions and exam preparation
PRO-PA practice questions, flashcards, explanations, and study tools are original educational resources. They are not actual, recalled, or copied examination questions. Use of these resources does not guarantee any particular course, rotation, certification, or PANCE result.
Practice-quiz scores and category results are intended to help you recognize possible strengths and areas for further study. They are not a prediction of your performance on the PANCE or any other academic or certification examination.
Age and parental permission
The site is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use PRO-PA only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the site should review these terms with the minor.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, PRO-PA's text, graphics, branding, question bank, flashcards, explanations, and site design are owned by PRO-PA or used with permission. You may use them for your own personal, noncommercial study.
You may not reproduce, scrape, publish, sell, license, distribute, or create a competing question bank or product from PRO-PA content without prior written permission. You may not disrupt the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the site unlawfully.
Third-party names, examination titles, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on PRO-PA does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe material on PRO-PA infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, email hello@propaeducation.com with the subject line "Copyright Concern." Messages and feedback
You are responsible for information you submit and must not send protected health information, confidential patient details, unlawful material, or content you do not have permission to share. You permit PRO-PA to use nonconfidential feedback and correction suggestions to improve its educational resources.
Accuracy and availability
Medical knowledge, examination guidance, and clinical recommendations change. PRO-PA aims to provide accurate, useful material but does not promise that every item will always be complete, current, or error-free. Content and features may be corrected, changed, suspended, or removed without notice.
Third-party services
Links to external platforms, merchandise providers, podcast services, social networks, and other websites are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, purchases, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. PRO-PA is not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. PRO-PA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its resources.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as PRO-PA evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent through the Contact Us page or to hello@propaeducation.com.
