We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

• Mailing-list information: first name, email address, optional PA program or school, role, and content interests.
• Contact-form information: name, email address, optional school, role, message topic, and message.

Please do not submit protected health information or other sensitive patient information through this website.

PRO-PA uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand how its resources are used. This may include pages viewed, links clicked, traffic source, general device type, approximate country or region, quiz starts and completions, quiz scores, category-level accuracy, and flashcard reveals.

Random identifiers stored in your browser's local storage and session storage help distinguish visits and study sessions. PRO-PA does not store visitor IP addresses in its analytics database. You can clear these identifiers using your browser's site-data controls.

To prevent spam and automated abuse, PRO-PA temporarily converts a requesting network address into a one-way hashed identifier and counts requests within short time windows. Raw network addresses are not stored in this abuse-prevention table, and expired counters are routinely deleted.

Like other websites, PRO-PA relies on hosting, security, and network providers to deliver and protect the site. Those providers may temporarily process technical information, including IP addresses and request details, through their systems or security logs. PRO-PA does not add visitor IP addresses to its own analytics records.

We use information to:

• provide requested emails and updates;
• respond to questions, feedback, and content corrections;
• operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the website;
• understand aggregate study-resource use; and
• meet applicable legal and operational obligations.

PRO-PA does not sell your personal information.

PRO-PA uses MailerLite to manage mailing-list subscriptions and email communications. Information needed for those services is shared with MailerLite and handled under its own privacy terms.

The website may link to YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, Fourthwall, and other external services. Those services have their own privacy practices, which PRO-PA does not control.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted to PRO-PA, email hello@propaeducation.com. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or operational purposes.

PRO-PA is designed for PA students, clinicians, educators, and adult learners. It is not directed to children under 13, and PRO-PA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact us to request deletion.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy may be updated as the website and its services change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
